Prominent manufacturer, stockiest, supplier, and distributor of Copper & Copper Alloys tubes & pipes. Copper & Copper Alloys tubes & pipes are designed by rolling the pre-annealed Copper alloy material at a cooler temperature. This annealing process results in the creation of a stronger and harder metal. Copper & Copper Alloys tubes & pipes have improved micro-finish that enhances the functionality and aesthetics of the part, and are more corrosion resistant. At Superior Steel Overseas , Copper Pipes and Tubes are available in shapes like Square, Round, Rectangular, Hexagonal, Hollow, Oval etc. Copper Alloys tubes & pipes are suited for numerous commercial/industrial works like manufacturing of Pipe Fittings, Furniture manufacturing, grill architecture, General Engineering Industry, Imitation Jewelry, & Lighting Fixtures. Copper Tubing is ideal for standard pipeline and heat exchanger applications.
ASTM B447 Copper C14420 Welded Tubes, ASTM B280 Copper C14200 Seamless Tube, Copper Round Tubing, Copper Alloy C12000 Rectangle Pipe, C14420 Square Tubes, Copper Industrial Pipes, Tubes Supplier in Mumbai.
Copper tubes and pipes are manufactured by extruding the Copper metal to the desired length and do not have any forged or welded cross-section throughout their length. These tubes contain thread at any one of either end. Copper & Copper Alloys tubes & pipes are produced from a strip that is initially roll formed and then welded into a tube or pipe, as per the need. These are affordable and are readily available in seamless or long continuous lengths at our center. These Copper tubes and pipes are available in sizes ranging from 1/8″ to 12″ diameters in regular wall thickness and 1/8″ to 10″ in extra strong wall thickness. It can be manufactured from any of five alloys containing a minimum amount of 99.9% Copper (Cu) and a maximum of 0.04% Phosphorous (P). Copper & Copper Alloys Tubes are suitable for refrigeration, plumbing, boiler feed lines and for similar purposes. We are concerned about our customer’s satisfaction hence keeping a close eye on the services we provide. We are engaged in providing the best services to our valued customers Superior Steel Overseas Our team strives hard to manufacture and maintain the high quality standards of our products to meet both national and international standards.

Copper Alloy Welded Tubes is considered resistant to potable water with up to about 200 mg / L chlorides at ambient temperatures, reducing to about 150 mg / L at 60 Degree C. Copper EFWs Pipes has excellent resistance to inter – granular corrosion after exposure to temperatures in the chromium carbide precipitation range of 800 Degree F – 1500 Degree F (427 Degree C – 816 Degree C).
Copper Alloy ERW Tubes resists oxidation to 1500 Degree F (816 Degree C) and has higher creep and stress rupture properties. Copper Round Pipes is the higher carbon version of the alloy, and was developed for enhanced creep resistance and for higher strength at temperatures above 1000 Degree F (537 Degree C).
Copper Alloy Square Tubes should be considered for applications requiring intermittent heating between 800 Degree F (427 Degree C) and 1650 Degree F (899 Degree C), or for welding under conditions which prevent a post – weld anneal. The high temperature oxidation resistance of Copper Rectangular Pipes is similar to that of stainless steel. ACE ALLOYS also offer Copper Alloy Tubes in different sizes, shapes and designs as per customers’ specifications at affordable rates.
